Details
One of the key strengths of the Sony FX3 for hire is its performance in low-light conditions. Video sensitivity reaches ISO 102,400 and can be expanded up to ISO 409,600. This makes the camera particularly suitable for events, documentary work, music videos and night shoots. In S-Log3, it also provides more than 15 stops of dynamic range, offering considerable latitude in post-production across both highlights and shadows. The hybrid autofocus system uses 627 phase-detection points in video mode, together with subject tracking and Eye AF. It provides fast and reliable focusing with moving subjects and is particularly useful on dynamic productions where working with a dedicated focus puller is not always possible. The 5-axis in-body image stabilisation assists with handheld shooting, while Active Mode provides additional compensation when greater stability is required during camera movement.
The Sony FX3 for rent in Milan is also designed for extended recording sessions. Its integrated active cooling system allows the camera to operate for longer periods, while the two media slots support both SD cards and CFexpress Type A cards. This allows you to select the most appropriate recording media according to the chosen format and bitrate. The Sony FX3 rental in Milan also includes the XLR Top Handle, featuring two XLR/TRS inputs with +48V phantom power. Professional microphones can therefore be connected directly to the camera without the need for an external audio recorder. Together with the 3.5 mm mini-jack input, the FX3 can record up to four channels of 24-bit LPCM audio.
The compact body includes multiple threaded mounting points for accessories, reducing the need for a separate camera cage in many configurations. Connectivity includes full-size HDMI, USB-C and Wi-Fi. In-camera proxy recording can also streamline the editing workflow, particularly on productions with short turnaround times. The Sony FX3 for hire is therefore a highly versatile solution for documentaries, events, music videos, commercials and lightweight film productions. For professionals looking for Sony FX3 rental in Milan, it provides a compact and flexible camera platform without compromising professional video performance, operational reliability or low-light capability.
