The JTZ Matte Box DP30 4×4 is made of high-quality carbon fiber, built to meet cinema industry standards. It’s very sturdy. Universal design for all DSLR cameras, camcorders, and interchangeable lens cameras, compatible with 15mm and 19mm rod systems.
Supports ultra wide-angle lenses up to 14mm or large lenses up to 114mm in diameter.
Durable build with a carbon fiber body and aluminum alloy filter trays, ensuring overall strength while minimizing weight. The JTZ Matte Box DP30 4×4 gives users full lighting control and prevents lens flare and glare with its foldable flags and adjustable side wings.
To quickly change lenses, the unit features a 90-degree swing-away mechanism.
Instead of removing the matte box (which might be blocked by other rig accessories or require rod extensions to fit), it can simply be opened by lifting a lever. It features five 1/4″ mounts on the top handle, allowing for the attachment of an EVF, external displays, microphone, etc. The top handle is sturdy enough to support the weight of the entire rig.
